At Wednesday's March 4th HARC meeting a check for $6000 was presented to the Holmen Police Department to help pay for incoming K-9 Officer Halo and a portion of his training. Present were Officer Terry Kind, Officer Aaron Hintz, Lieutenant Erich Zwicker, Village of Holmen Administrator Scott Heinig and Past Holman Area Rotary Club President Barry Ploessl.
