On the evening of Wednesday, June29th, the Holmen Area Rotary Club got together for an end of the Rotary year picnic. The members noshed on a tasty Hacienda Vieja mexican grill & bar tacos and the salads and desserts brought by club members. During the meeting part of the event, the club inducted six new members. Welcome! Kristin Beseler, Zeena Dowd, Jamie Thielker, Joel LaPlount, Scott Ulik and Tim Medinger. Outgoing President Kathy Reinolt gave a short speech recapping the challenges and successes from the 2021-2022 Rotary year before handing the gavel (no gavel present - had to use a wine bottle) off to new incoming President Nancy Proctor. Nancy gave a short speech promising to build on the past year's success. Thank you! Kathy for your leadership, time and effort you gave the club this past year.
