10 May 2024 2024 Service Auction Fundraiser May 10, 2024 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The Holmen Area Rotary Club will hold their Service Auction fundraiser on Friday Evening, May 3rd at the luxurious Waterfront in the spacious Cargill Room and patio. The event starts with a social hour at 5:00 and includes an appetizer buffet, a Live Auction of unique items and services, bucket raffles and more. Auctioneer Alex Goodman sets a fun and active pace for the evening. Live Auction items in the past have included gourmet cakes, airplane flights, sailboat excursions, weekend getaways, special dinners, grass cutting, car detailing and many, many more. Items will be listed on the website as they are announced. Tickets are only $35 or invite some friends and reserve a table for 8 at $300. Reserved table centerpieces have a sign announcing the company or organization that is reserving the table. Price of the ticket includes a fabulous hot appetizer bar and there will be a cash bar

17 Aug. 2024 2024 Kornfest Parade Aug. 17, 2024 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Have fun walking the Kornfest Parade with the Rotary float and other members of the club. We will be handing out candy and Rotary info. Meet by the big wheel Rotary Float around Johnson Street close to the Holmen Aquatic Center at 10:30 - Parade starts at 11.
17 Aug. 2024 2024 Kornfest Bingo Aug. 17, 2024 1:00 p.m. - Aug. 18, 2024 5:00 p.m. The Holmen Area Rotary Club is running the Kornfest Bingo tent this year to assist the American Legion and to fundraise. Bingo will be played Saturday and Sunday afternoons during Kornfest. It takes approximately 6 people to run the game, a caller, a cashier and 4 card sellers. We have the Holmen High School Band willing to provide students for all of the 4 sellers for all shifts so we only have to provide the cashier and caller. This is a fun activity with fast paced action that makes the time fly. Please consider signing up for one of the open spots. Bring your friends too!
18 Aug. 2024 Volunteering at the Legion Food Tent Aug. 18, 2024 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The American Legion is looking for a few volunteers from the Holmen Rotary Club to work the food tent Sunday evening. Basically serving the hot dogs/brats and handing out the chips. Sunday evening is usually a slow and the task is easy.
