We are going to take advantage of the nicer weather this Saturday to put up the major decorations in Halfway Creek Park. The Club needs help hanging lights on the Gazebo and the stage and putting up the sidewalk arches and decorating them. If you are looking for something to do Saturday morning we could sure use the help so come on down. 

The cutting of the trees will happen in two phases- 

Tuesday Nov 21st  - meet at Pederson Tree Farm 10:00 AM. Pederson tree farm is located south of West Salem on County M just before Barre Mills. You can ride out with Bob - meet at Wisconsin Building Supply at 9:30. If meeting us out there, the address is N3462 County Hwy M, West Salem, WI 54669. Alex will have his big trailer and I will have Adam's big trailer which should be enough for the 25 trees. 

Our Club is co-hosting the Onalaska- Holmen Thanksgiving Dinner at the Armory in Onalaska with the Onalaska Hilltopper Rotary Club

We need six volunteers to help with this task to set up the tables and chairs.

Our Club is co-hosting the Onalaska- Holmen Thanksgiving Dinner at the Armory.  We need six volunteers to help take down the tables and chairs on the day after the event.
 

The Club participates in the Rotary Lights Parade downtown. Members are encouraged to walk with the Rotary Float  from the starting point to Riverside Park for the initial lighting of the displays. Walkers should get to the starting point by 4:30. Parade starts at 5PM 

Floats will be staged on  6th street south of Main street. You can't miss the big Rotary Wheel float. 

We will be pulling the Rotary Float in the Jinglefest Parade. Help us put a face to the club and walk along. Wear some light up gizmo to help add a festive atmosphere. We will meet where the parade is being staged at Johnson and Main. Look for the big yellow Rotary wheel. 

It is time for fellowship and celebration with our friends from the Onalaska Hilltopper Rotary Club!  Bring a guest if you want.

The cost of the event is $35 per person.  Pay via Check, Cash or a Venmo payment.

This is the Club's night to man the Rotary Lights display in La Crosse 

Rotary Lights is a special event that combines the efforts of the regional Rotary Clubs to create a spectacle that receives hundreds of thousands of food items a year for the area food banks. The success of the event requires that the Rotary Clubs do their part. This is a combined effort with the Holmen Interact Club. Please help us do our part. The task for the day is to take down as many of the lights as possible and get them ready for storage. There are three shifts. Please sign up for one or more shifts. Bring a friend or two or three. See you there!

**Dress for the weather. Wear a heavy jacket, warm boots, hats, gloves, etc. Plan to be
outside taking down decorations and lights. Social distancing is required.**

This is HARC's Annual Auction Fundraiser. The Club auctions off unique services and items. A fun and exciting event.
